Vielleicht wäre es besser gewesen mit einer schmalen Schleiflatte vorzuschleifen ,bevor die Glasmatte aufgetragen wurde?! Der Bandschleifer überzeugt mich da nicht! Ich wünsche gutes Gelingen!

Hallo, ich hab das schon oft ähnlich gemacht, hätte aber Angst das der Pimer auf dem glatten Laminat, ohne anzuschleifen ncht hält.

This is not the lightest way to finish this part. You need to strip plank the complete fuse and hatch from the lightest 2mm balsa. Use medium CA on the lowest part of side of the balsa strip. The CA will be too hard to sand but because it's on the inside of your fuse, the top surface is easy to sand. When this is completed you do not need micro baloons to make the surface smooth anymore. Brush the surface with cellulose lack (porienfuller) to prevent epoxy soak into the balsa, fine sand it smooth a very little and apply the 49gr cloth with epoxy and a brush in a 45degrees angle. Remove the epoxy which is too much with layers of toilet paper and a roller until you have a matt surface. After 48hrs Sand the surface a little to remove dust particles. apply a second coat of epoxy filling the cloth but remove most of it with a rubber until the surface shines. You can pray paint with Motip praycan in your desired color if you want it very light or use Motip Primer and sand the surface smooth and spray paint for finish. I think this will save you half the weight if you are willing to use the lightest balsa for easy sanding. Like this I never had to use micro ballons or primer to correct building errors. Even better strip planking: cut balsa strips with a hobby knife. See the cutting angle of 85degrees and glue the bottom side of this strip to the formers of the fuse. You will have a wider gap on the top surface which you need to brush with epoxy before adding cloth to get maximum strenght. The strips you made are not easy to use in complex surfaces. For the wing surface use balsa planks which are identical thickness and cut with a hobby knife, use tape to make the planks together on the 85degrees side (which wil be the visible surface!!), fold the bottom side open a little and glue with CA the planks together BUT remove the tape immediately and use a sanding block to remove CA glue on the visible surface within a minute before the CA gets really hard. This surface will be very smooth. When the wing is planked, use for the nose balsa which is even lighter as the balsa of the top and bottom of the wing. It is the only way to sand a really smooth leading edge. When you apply glass cloth have the front hang over (1x top, 48hrs later 1x bottom) then you will have 2 layers of cloth on the nose leading edge for strenght. If you can do this you will be a master of super light balsa building and finishing. Not as difficult as you think, just a different technique. good luck! Erik

Es wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht, wenn du auch auf die Messtechnik eingehen würdest. Darunter verstehe ich dass Einmessen der EWD oder das Auswinkeln der Flächen oder der Leitwerke, aber auch das Auswiegen des Modells.

ja jaaa, ok, ich kenn auch so ein hexer der sowas kann........... ich habs probiert, war immer zwischen 4 und 5 (Schulnote) das hast aber sicher geübt alles, und das ist halt das thema. Aber sonst, perfekt, würd ich gern können
