Please pardon the shakiness. The reason why the video is a bit shaky is because I’m still relatively new to filming, but I am getting better slowly.
A few years ago Lake Macquarie city Council decided to get a new waste service so instead of just having green waste in the green bins, Council now accepts food scraps called FOGO.
Prior to their FOGO system, the red bins were collected weekly in Lake Macquarie, but since FOGO now they are collected fortnightly.
Recycling is also done fortnightly in Lake Macquarie city Council.

So here we have 2208. A Ex Bayside or Georges River truck which is a council in Sydney.
I filmed this in Warners Bay on the 15th of February 2024 at 7:33am to be precise.
2208 doesn’t usually do this run.
3026 usually does but it was in Sydney on the date I filmed this because it was getting something fixed. Not sure what had to be fixed but anyway.
