The Golden State Warriors are staying alive after a 121-106 Game 5 win vs. Los Angeles Lakers last night. Steph Curry led Golden State in scoring with 27 while Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green combined for 45. LeBron and AD combined for 48 points in the loss. Nick Wright, Chris Broussard and Kevin Wildes react to Warriors win over Lakers.

Imagine yelling constantly in a refs face then telling the refs you’re not gonna stop until they give you a T and they don’t give you a T. That is insane lmao. We didn’t lose cuz of the refs, but the officiating last game is exactly what the Warriors wanted. A jumpshooting team getting as many fouls as a paint scoring team hurts the Lakers more than the Warriors. But we lost cuz we didn’t play with a sense of urgency, not the refs. And the people pretending AD getting in the temple is soft, are dumb af.

The Lakers are a team that drives to the paint and rely on foul calls, which the refs didn’t call much even when the players were hacked. The Warriors who primarily shoot jumpers, got as many freethrow attempts. That’s exactly what they want.

They never got it to within 7 it was 9 and that was because of a wild 29 ft bank shot three by Reaves after wiggs missed a bunny, klay turned it over and then missed a jumper. Steph then settled them and closed it. Not sure a lot of that happens with AD out there as the Lakers had more offensive spacing.

Agreed Nick! LBJ is not playing at the level he was before his foot injury this season and it is understandable. You can see he isn't moving good laterally but is still finding a way to be effective. Also, I'm sure he gained some weight during those 4 weeks which he worked so hard in the off season to be much lighter.

We were all due to witness an AD injury in the post season. AD has been on the ground more than any other player and this is for both teams. Anytime AD goes up for a layup, dunk, steal, block, etc, he ended up on the ground with no one touching him. As soon as Kevon Looney tapped the side of AD's head with with his ashy elbow, AD has symptoms. wth
