We don't need the jump module here, we'll get it on xen anyways

It is faster if you manage to get stuck in the door reasonably fast. The jump module is a concern. Save deletion on bm_c4a1a is not an option as we'd have to watch the warp cutscene twice. bm_c4a1a1 doesn't give you suit and clearing the first two Xen maps without the long jump module would waste time. It is still useful in earthbound runs though.
