4:16 - this lamp was made by Narva in Brand-Erbisdorf, they used to make one of the best fluorescent lamps

This Flourescent Tube was 100% made by NARVA Germany, I could tell because of the LT marking which is still used by them on their Colorlux Plus tubes here in Germany, NARVA also made the Sylvania brandet T8 Flourescent Tubes for the European Market.

looks be a osram tube asi have a few osram ones from the 90s era which have the excat same endcap, must be osram then

osram used different end caps, Narva marked their lamps with "LT" and they also used "warmwhite" instead of Warm White

@@LaundryLad1400 Narva was made by osram for a really short period, before 2010. Now Narva doesn't produce any fluorescent lamps since 21.12.2016

That's unlikely for an older German made lamp

@@mikigry9838 Most likely the bulb was colder than normal and so it needed to warm up before it could reach its full brightness

@@WilmingtonOHProductions Given that Parror mentioned it was slowly warming up from ends to the middle and it"s like output was very, very small in comparison with similar fixtures i would still say it"s mercury starved

@@mikigry9838 i think mercury starved is out of the equation and it's the ladder here cause all my fluorescent bulbs do the same in cold weather
