My plot in panchayat area. I approached town taluk office. For one plot fees Rs 13000 plus Rs5000 service charge total Rs 18000 officer asked to pay this fees. Actual fees for one plot Rs 13000 only .They asked pay extra Rs5000 .What I do ?This Rs 5000 must need to pay?

Check whether your layout is approved or unapproved at the time of selling . If it is unapproved deadline for regularasation closed on Nov 16 th 2018 . Option left is check with Your BDO office or local DTCP whether they considered your layout for frame work or your layout promoters applied for frame work before Nov 16th then you have chance to regularize .

@@kcp5499 you can apply for regulasation try to get at least patta of owner previous to your previous owner . You can get from your neighbours or from VAO office

For regulasation of plot govt has delagated few powers to BDO to give approval if the layout is within 2 acres, To speed up the process and to avoid unnecessary piling up of files at DTCP office
Hello Sir. 5 plots with total 6000 sqft extent..these are 30% of leftover or unsold plots under the name of layout owner.. already applied under reg scheme before November 2018. Are there any possibilities to get approval without OSR?
As per my knowledge we have to give OSR space . Few of them applying each plots that is your 6 plots applying as 6 induguial files to avoid OSR . But I think it is not possible now.

Hi rangaraj You are eligible for regularasation. However check with your local Body whether your layout has been considered for frame work or your layout promoters applied for frame work .
