This is just unbelievable. One of the best performances I've ever seen of any genre. So much sensitivity and grace it's just God like. I've been listening to the studio album often for last few weeks. He sounds even better live.

If he really understood the differences among the composers and among the music periods, then he wouldn't play them all like Chopin or Schumann. He is not a true musician. He is an entertainer. I just found a video "The difference between an entertainer and a musician". The critic who made that video is brilliant. Watch and listen to Lang Lang and Kissin (a real musician) play the same piece.

Thank you Lang Lang .The ethereal Claire d Lune no one plays this piece like Lang Lang and I have heard so many renditions.How does this gift from the Gods connect with terra firms and ordinary people like us,but he does! Oh to live in the musical heaven that he does to let the music flow from those beautiful hands, to bring so much joy to us people.Maybe in another life!

朗哥在彈奏高難度快速音符的曲子時能展現他世界頂級的技術但我覺他彈奏一些緩慢的抒情曲時更能展現他對音樂情感的細膩表現完全是大師級別中的大師非常細膩感人特別是一些ppp弱音時的表現阿斯😆。。。

This is an awesome occasion and location to listen to piano pieces composed by French composer and next to Lang Lang. What a treat. I wish I was there in person on that boat moving smoothly on the Saine River in Paris.

If everyone just played exactly what's on the sheet then everything would sound the same ... Just like singers, when they cover a song it wouldn't be interesting if they just sang it like karaoke

You are. Beethoven did not write it as a romantic piece - Lang Lang made it sound like a love poem or other nonsense. Lang Lang played it badly.

I am so envious of the audience here. It must be the most romantic place to be with your loved one and listening to Lang Lang play Beethoven on the French Riviera. The first few harmonics on the Clair de lune was just beautiful.

Go take a class online or in a community college to learn what real music sounds like. Listen to great pianists who won the major competitions. This entertainer never competed or won. Judges would laugh him off the stage. He is a joke.

I named my eldest and only daughter Elise from this piece I also used to play. Unfortunately, she died giving birth to my second granddaughter who’s now 3 yrs old also christened with same nice name. All I have now are memories hearing this tune and seeing my granddaughters. I hope to hear one of them playing Fur Elise before I join their mom in a matter of time.

Très belles scènes sur la Seine au coeur de Paris, la ville de la Littérature, de la langue de Molière et aussi de la musique ! Un grand merci pour ces moments musicaux merveilleux. Quelques sous- titres francophones eussent été les bienvenus, surtout en passant devant l'Académie Française, sous le Pont des Arts, devant le Louvre et Notre Dame de Paris ....

"Seen" is right. This is not music. This is entertainment for people who do not really know what the different composers' compositions should sound like. It is like a comic book version of "1984" or "Gone with the Wind". Go listen to good pianists. Look it up on youtube. This guy is not in their league.
