Oh my goodness! You are the woman I have been looking for! I just started homeschooling and am pregnant with my 6th, but I have plans for an even bigger fam. I always question whether I can do this all....you are so adorable and cheerful. So great to see real life and not a house museum tour 😃
Thank you! Congrats on baby #6! I question myself all the time too! I think that it's natural to do that on the hard days. ;) I do have some homeschool content if you are interested in those videos. I share how I manage to do all the school things while having littles under foot. :) Blessings!
I am subscribing. I am so sick of dull beige trendy Moms and their dull beige decor and super trendy nonsense. You are real. I love it. I raised 7 kiddos. Toys on the floor, dishes in the sink means your home is alive. God bless you and your family.
We are a family of 10 and we have one bath - really not a problem. Kids have schedules for showers girls take showers one night boys the following night. They take showers every other night. Plus they are at school during the day so that helps. Beautiful home you are doing a great job
Yes! We make it all work somehow! You wouldn't believe the comments I got on the bedroom tour video, about the kids having no privacy and are we moving.... and we shouldn't have kids if we can't afford a big enough house! I'm like really people! There are bigger families than us in a smaller home and they make it all work! Just boils down to different priorities and what is important to each family.... Sorry I rambled but I just couldn't believe some of those comments! I know you get it!
You are so organized. My Mom had 7 of us, organized must come with so many children When my dog was young I bought a fireplace 3 side folding screen...it worked great Great video. Thank You
Thanks! I try to be but it doesn’t always work out that way. Lol! Our dog would knock that over but that is a great idea! We have a lab and she’s big. She actually pushes the ottoman out of the way now. We need to get a baby gate or something. She gets into food if it’s left out on the counter, so we have to keep her up while we have food out.
I am #10 of 10. There are four boys and they were put in the smallest room with an army like bunkbed and a full. And the girls room was originally the parlor in the Victorian home and there were two full-size beds and the girls had two full-size beds that fit we three girls in each bed. I did stay in the crib in my parents room till I was about five. Because my mom didn’t have another baby waiting for that space. My dad hung a steel bar and attached it to the doorway. That was the closet and there was a really small, narrow dresser That we all used. We each had a small basket or a box that was just ours for our trinkets. By the way, we only had one bathroom. We had boardgames and bikes and just enough room to play. The size of the room doesn’t matter, fun and the playing that is most important. Being the youngest, there are lots of perks for me now that I am 60. It’s not as much fun. I’ve already lost five of my siblings. Thank goodness we had lots of memories that will last the lifetime.
Oh my goodness I am 18 years old and you are living my dream. Your life looks so fun snd you are so inspirational to me I hope I find a boyfriend who’s even half as good as your husband is. This video was so fun to watch
I love the big couch, sofa and loveseat! What brand is it? I have not enough space for us on our current couch and plan to shop next year for a new one! For now we pile on the floor!
Thanks! We got it at Rooms to Go. I do like it but not sure if its going to hold up for much longer. I think this year will 4 years since we bought it... so I guess not too bad.
