Richard, this is primarily a mobile professional studio, solar panels are just fantastic. Your vision and pictures are great. I really like to watch the whole process, from start to finish. Thank you, it was like a miracle of painting.
Richard, your shots and edits are great. Wonderful without commentary, wonderful with commentary. It's so nice to see things done well - and that's before you even start painting.
Бесподобно! Стопроцентное попадание в цвет, свет! Божественно красивая природа, первозданная, как будто человек не прикасался к ней...картина - чудо! Успеха, Ричард!
Wow, you did it! thank you, thank you, Richard. Love that box and the easel. You continue to inspire me and my little Toyota truck "easel". And, another beautiful painting! Your generosity makes you a great teacher. thank you, Penny
RICHARD MUSGRAVE-EVANS / my hobby has been painting for over 60 years. First painting was the Matterhorn with pallet knife. You have a one of a kind style, I think it’s grate. Super 👍
I am very impressed with your setup. That trailer is awesome. Also thank you for sharing your painting process! It really is a great way to make big plein air paintings.
Hi Richard, that is serious equipment you have for moving around the outback, but you need it. It's brilliant well done. I am enjoying the abstactiveness (is that a word??) that comes from the knives and I am changing my painting techniques to incorporate the knife abstract technique. I think it is great and brings a really cool touch to the paintings. Your a great teacher and you give out really good information. thanks. I'll be saving to get one of your paintings one day.. Bill
G'day Bill, great to here that you are learning from my videos! The palette knife is a great tool for painting in oils and I'm happy you are giving it a go!!! I'm glad that you feel like you want to purchase one of my pictures down the track! Cheers and happy painting :-)
I am so impressed with your oil paintings with knife. Set up of your mobile van is splendid. Natural beauty is always a great subject and leads to masterpiece . Keep uploading 👍👍
I love your mobile studio! Thanks so much for the look at it all and to think you built it!l. You are so very creative. The countryside is so wonderful and open! Australia is quite picturesque! Everything you paint is so energetic and colorful. Everyone is more beautiful than the one before! Thanks again!
Thanks for the "tour" of your trailer etcetera. Obviously a labour of love, with the result being able to travel far and wide with everything you need! Wonderful painting.... The camera off close up at the end is always well worth waiting for. I can't get over the beauty of the gum trees! This video made my morning, sitting here with my cuppa. Actually, this was a two cuppa video lol! Thanks, Richard.
Thanks for watching Julie! I do love my trailer and put a lot of time and thought into it to get it where it is!!! Always room for a second cuppa, lol!
Чай , наверное вкуснейший! Так и хочнтся попробовать! Ричард, добрый вечер! Я восхищена Вашим фургончиком и Вашей манерой письма! Картины яркие, живые! Удачи Вам!

Jimmy Burdan here, I just found your amazing videos. I am just amazed at your work. I have also painted with acrylic paint because I can't afford oil. But even then I love to paint the same size that you do. I really enjoy watching you. I will some day follow your lead with oil and just the knife and paint one amazing picture like you. Thank you for show us all how you do your amazing work. God Bless
Nice setup. You could use two mirrors so you don't have to turn your head when you paint. As in a small optometrist office two good quality mirrors with no significant distortion could work to see things and colors right next to each other. Legend goes Vermeer used this technique to match colors. Sorolla also used similar techniques. Nice work.
Wonderful stuff brother! I prefer to work plein air also. I've seen so many artists (quite good ones too) who do a plein air vid, but they use little 11x14 canvases! I say, use a bigger canvas and use bigger brushes!!! Bravo!
Hi Richard, your mobile studio is Well organised, "while the Trieste seems to have taken flight in the painting......!" Have i exaggerated? A bit of imagination........ Ciao! ☺👍
Heyup Richard , that trailer would be like the dirt youre parked on after a month in Lancashire England. We are evolving to have webbed feet .I have watched lots of your videos and was wondering where all the flies are🤔 ,,great vid TommyTickle
Great setup. Beautiful country and superior talent. Your ability to capture the essence of the landscape is a joy to watch and very impressive. Would love to ride shotgun with you for a few days. Not much on hot tea but would bring my own coffee. Thanks for sharing. Be safe.
Portrait of a man/ Long beard and khaki pants/ Magic in his hand/ Despite the crawling ants/ His beard brown and white/ Leaning to and fro/ Capturing painted light/ Traveling many a rough road/ Well equipped, well designed/ Mobile studio for the outback/ Many locations he can find/ And many colors from his pack/
I don't use a finder, I just look in the landscape for a pleasing flow in the composition of the things around me. When something catches my eye, I go from there! Cheers!
@@richardmusgrave-evans9886 Ahh nice!:) I struggle ab bit with compositions and proportions. When I tried plain air painting. :( Do you have a video where you explain and show your very first steps on the canvas? Thanks
First of all I want to thank you for this nice video and all the Impressions you gave me. Great work! Can you tell me the Name of the manufacturer you got your colourtubes from? Greetings from Germany!
G'day Richard. I am an part time artist. Just a question if you won't mind: You make a lot of these large size paintings... How do you do to sell them? And is it your time worth it, besides the fun of going out there and painting a great landscape? Any tips on how to sell??? I do immensely enjoy watching your videos. Wish I could do the same. Cheers
@@richardmusgrave-evans9886 Cheers mate. A great style. The advantage of plein air is in the fact that you have to go quick, so only the cream of the soul can fit in a very short time in the canvas.
Please can you give me the name or the title of the signature tune ( musical Genéric or background music ). This music has the charms to soothe the spirit. I will listen to , often. Sorry m'y english is not fluent and thahk you for sharing
