KOTT 9 Supermatch at King Of The Table 9 Highlights #larrywheels #leoniadsarkona #kingofthetable #армрестлинг #kingofthetable #mattrhodessport #mattrhodes #kott9 #armwrestling
No surprises. Exactly what we thought would happen. Dunno why he always bites off more than he can chew while only putting 20% effort towards arm wrestling. Leonidas might be a strength bodybuilder too but takes AW alot more serious.
Since when anyone that does not beat Leonidas is bad? Larry is very strong. He made some mistakes like trying to hook him first round and burn his pronator, that's probably bad plan by him and should have been warned by his couch I assume, we knew Larry have problems against kings move to begin with and Leonidas clearly does that when in trouble and is very sticky at this point. I suggest choosing him someone strong that can't kings move to get some wins going.
Reposted from years ago when Larry first started- He is still failing to properly engage his core mass Larry Wheels), you are not engaging all of your power, you literally need to get your ass in the game! You bend at the waist, you need to rotate at the hips. Watch video of another great strength athlete Richard Lupkes. Watch how Cobra rotates form maximum power transfer. *The most efficient transfer of power from your Core Lever is providing a maximum rotation at your Core Mass (CM) defined as center point of your body mass, during the motion, your "center of gravity" , dependent upon your position.
@@user-eg8hb8xt3j Nope, sent that to him years ago🤷🏽♂️ Just saying he’s not using all of his power due to poor form, consistently. Same mistakes over several years, no one is overpowering him, he’s defeating himself, consistently
@@andymasterhand7612 Is he? How? Schoolboy makes spinal rotations with hips & getting shoulder behind hand. Larry is not rotating his Core Mass into the equation. It’s a game of levers, Larry needs to get his mAss in motion.
@@andymasterhand7612 You must use weight in a rotation, just like throwing a discus or throwing a baseball. Larry is “hanging” on arm dead weight. Maximum power is derived from a rotation at your “center mass”, a point reference of your upper to lower body weight ratio, your half way point. Your center Mass is dependent upon your. position. Watch an ice skater spin, with hands overhead, then watch as they squat down and spin. Watch someone throw a discus as they use kinetic energy to increase power. Spinning low to transfer every ounce of energy available. These actions require keeping your balance Center Mass changes. Larry continues to “throw his weight forward & lean”. Instead he needs to rotate into his hand 🤚
