To be fair rape cases can take a long time and sometimes its difficult to find out whether or not the victim is lying and then if theres not enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty your career gets bashed because you didn't send someone to prison on only witness testimony
I brought this up about a week ago, but i was thinking about it again. Late last week, a mother and her three year old daughter were murdered in mississippi,LA, the six year old survivor was in critical condition. Can you please tell the story to the public so the news can spread. That poor baby is gonna need all the help she can get.
It sounds so ridiculous I can't tell for sure if she was playing along with it without more details. No reasonable person would believe that. So either she was into it and it was just a fantasy roleplay, or she was completely off her rocker to the point she should have probably been institutionalized. In that case it's like taking advantage of a mentally handicap. But maybe it was just regret. Hard to tell.

That’s crazy illegal in America. One of my professors fought for the laws that make that so- He didn’t know therapists were doing that until a client came to his office and the moment the session began- she started undressing herself saying - “I know how this goes.” He ran out of the office. She joined him (dressed again) on the front steps where they sat and asked her why she thought it was “supposed to go” like that. Turns out her last therapist had groomed her to believing that was “healing”- as he transferred “energy” to her. My professor fought to have his license removed and when he couldn’t, he made sure they changed the laws to make it a crime for a therapist to violate that relationship.
Yes he's a shitty therapist but because of the claim "she wasn't in the right mind to consent" implies to me that she did consent in the moment, so legally what is anyone supposed to do for her in the first place?
Maybe actual therapy instead of abusing the position of power. Imagine going to a hospital for a gunshot wound to the leg and the person that was qualified to treat you shot you in the other leg instead. It's a bit like that

The clinic I go to for therapy has panic alarms in every room with view ports on every door. This simply would not happen here unless both parties were consenting. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I will say she did nothing to prevent it. Willing one moment, regret the next. If I felt the slightest discomfort, im hitting that alarm
I'm in the uk. About 6 years ago we had to intervene with my mate as she was slepping with her sex therapist. We went to the police and they did nothing, he is still a therapist today and our reviews and comments get deleted
It’s here in Australia too having more than 3 grams of any schedule one drug will get you locked up more often and longer than these scum depending on your history
I'll give you more than the headline. He's a sex therapist. There was no evidence of rape behind her word and the civil court will side with very vague allegations after me too so women are after the bag against any public figure they can. Like you said the other day false allegations need to stop
