This recipe is almost done. Weird and wonderful. It's going to have a great look on your plate, and a variety of great tastes. FUN! Interesting! A bit "out there". A weird combination of two culturally compatible comfort foods.
You can tweak either part to come up with your version of this dish, and I doubt if I'll ever make it exactly the same way twice, but the general concept is rock solid.
