STEPS TO BUILDING THIS SET:
1. Have a mapping plan (choose a shape that suits your client, considering the eye shape, brow spacing, lash lift/curl and brow shaping)
2. Identify the top and bottom layer (use isolation techniques as shown in this tutorial to easily identify each layer)
3. Place narrow fans using .03 diameter lashes across the entire bottom lash layer in C curl to build darkness in the set. I highly recommend using Ultra Dark lashes for handmade volume. They Fan like no other volume lashes I have ever used.

I suggest pairing these lashes with Microfibre slim boot tweezer for the easiest fanning experience

4. Place your spikes on the top layer- use 2-4mm longer than the base shape. Use wet lashes for the spikes - if unsure how to create wet lash spikes, save yourself the time and use our pre made spikes! I used CC curl

You do an amazingly good job. So far each client's lashes don't appear to overpower the eyes. I mean no disrespect but I've seen people who have such thick and heavy lashes that they almost appear sleepy. I realize that some people like thick lashes. But I have come to believe that you can have thick lashes that are complimentary. Meaning they add to the lash wearers general esthetic and doesn't take away from it. Sort of like it allows them to shine instead of being the first and only thing that's noticed.

I have a question so after you’re done with the bottom layer and you do the top layers spikes the fill-in portion are you doing those spikes? Are you doing those fans? I’m assuming spikes and I’m gonna try it here in a little bit so hopefully I’m right.

Great question! This really comes down to the style you are going for but for this look, yes! the rest of the top layer were spikes but in short lengths - the same lengths as used on the bottom layer.

I’m seriously getting tired and maybe I need to give up on lash because it takes me 7 hours to finish up and I’m new to the game… after training ,I’ve been lashing for my friends and I’m yet to beat the 2 to 3 hours stipulated time … I have problems with isolation😢
