Well we are finishing up the last logging job for this winter and it hasnt been much of a winter.
we logged this 12 years ago and back in here cutting again.

Kevin, i don't blame you on that, keep production up and stay safe while your in the woods logging. Every morning I say some prayers to keep all of the loggers out there safe, so that they can go home to there families.❤❤❤

Pete’s injuries pushed me into purchasing a harvester/ processor. Sad to see Pro Lynx went out of business.

We are headed to the same way as well. We went in and cut all I could with the fabtek then went back and hand cut the bigger stuff . Ric who started prolynx past away a year ago after complications from a accident. The wife kept it going but has now decided to close the doors. It is a bummer

I think it's fair to say a lot of us get complacent and after seeing Pete get banged up it gave everyone a wake up call because he's good at what he does and if it can happen to him it can happen to anyone of us in the woods.

I got a bin load of wood from shaun there was a lot of oak in the bin with some big nasty maple also. was it from there,lol

Kev , remember just THINK SAFETY and always but SAFETY FIRST. HEY 👋 good to think 🤔 off PETE , I been hit 3 time with a chainsaw got tattoos for life . I’m still not afraid of a chainsaw , in logging there were 289 guys on chainsaw one ☝️ mountain ⛰ there were 56 got it with chainsaw I was #26 , two guys kill on logging equipments in at yr. Kev there accident in every trades with man hrs out there . That why I say THINK 🤔 SAFETY and always put SAFETY FIRST at everythings in LIFE . 😊

Howdy, Kev! Awful nice day for March! Much as I would have liked seeing you back on the saw doing your thing. Tip of the hat for thinking of the family first! You guys have this property looking really nice. I hope they dont wreck it taking the Spruce. Did you all just not want the Spruce? Been awhile since I have cut this bigger stuff so wanted to stay focused. We have some pretty good holes around the plantations that they shouldn't do much damage. The red pine does need to be removed tho

@SkidderKev Yes, the Red Pine has a pretty short life span and the opportunity for getting it while in it's prime is then short as well!👍 Were those bear scratches in last pix of video then???

That is a great thing to say and so right. That's why I just shut it off and did my thing. Once I get some more cutting in I'm sure I will have it back on if it's convenient.
