Last Minute Biscuits
2 cups Self Rising Flour
1-1/2 cups Heavy Cream
Stir ingredients together in a bowl and dump out onto a floured surface. Knead a couple of times and pat down to a round disc about 1/2 inches thick. cut out Biscuits with a 2 inch cutter and place onto a greased cast iron flat round griddle. Brush the tops of the Biscuits with some of the cream left in your measuring cup.
Bake at 500 degrees F for 12 to 25 minutes depending on how browned you like them.
