That scavenger glitch is not that rare surprisingly but it is so funny when it happens

5:56 That scavenger glitch is one of my favourite. When a scavenger is scared or likes something, his hair enlarges for a short while. When a scavenger really likes the player, his hair can start growing infinitely, and it's hilariously easy to recreate that glitch. I think I even saw a tutorial on RU-vid how to do it.

The red is dead, let's gooo! Since it's ded now, I can no longer post centipede facts. Instead, I will now post utterly random Rain World facts (without spoilers for lore or gameplay, just fun facts). First one: Among the many many graffitis you see in the world, there is a single one with information for a secret. It's 100% obscure and entirely impossible to tell it from any other one or figure out yourself what it is for, this was likely found through code-digging (so this isn't spoiling a puzzle), but I find it funny that now, you can look at every graffiti and wonder "Is this the special one?" :D

Hell yeah! Gourmand has now experienced the Finest Culinary Dishes available in the area! The time has come to go post it all on a food blog for slugcats, or whatever. Anyway! I really do think your brute forcing here is fully justified. A run as good as what you pulled off prior deserves a reward in the form of Sporepuff Recipe! I think the natural way to find it out is in farm arrays yes. I think in gourmand there are bigger Centis in farm arrays, but I am not too sure myself as I went a similar route as you did so far. I don't think this is a spoiler, it is more a clarification: But spore puffs are just deadly to bugs in general, which centipedes make the biggest population out of. Good job on you killing the centi thought! When I played gourm I didn't need to do it, because I accidentally squashed a red lizard when it tried to follow me up a pole, and it counted as well. LMAO- Also you're trading with the scav for a spear was adorable. The visual glitch you experienced is just rain world in a nutshell. Their spikes can stretch over your whole screen if you're unlucky.

The scavenger was just having a bad hair day, that's all. I'm not a programmer so I can't explain the visual glitches exactly, but I do know that a lot of the body parts on creatures are drawn in real-time by the game, rather than being premade sprites, so I think the code just gets wonky sometimes. You'll often see creature sprites glitch out momentarily upon entering a room only to snap back to their normal proportions, but it's also not unheard of for scavengers to just start... stretching. The monster is slain! And I guess the spore puffs aren't a secret anymore. Theoretically, it is possible to discover their power on your own, since they appear in a lot of cramped tunnels which also have centipedes in Farm Arrays, but it would still require you to throw them around randomly, which pretty much nobody does. Their effect is unique, it's not an instant kill but rather does poison damage according to how many of the centipede's body segments are touching the cloud. The fact that Gourmand can make these anywhere is actually one of their great strengths - in any situation with arthropods, these are the preferred weapon over using bombs. Soon it will be time to say goodbye to the facility grounds. Your journey isn't quite over yet, but I would be interested in hearing your thoughts about the Gourmand experience as a second playthrough. You got to retread some familiar ground, but also tour some areas you missed before and learn new mechanics, eat new things, have new experiences. Do you feel like you gained more understanding and appreciation of this world, or is it about the same? Can we see your updated map?

37:53 You had a rock, and there were mushrooms right there. Spore puffs are in my opinion the best thing to store in your stomach as you travel, although part of my opinion is a result of playing Expedition mode with the pursued burden.

This was quite an exciting episode, not only are we almost done, but we also saw 5 different Cyans! Now just go west and remember to continue after completing the campaign! 5:08 - 5:53 that´s a little glitchy. 5:54 - 6:19 lol that is hilarious (the more they´re scared the longer it gets). 10:44 phew. 11:41 but there were small ones (still enough to kill you)! I think there was one on the screen when you first got them. 15:42 they won´t since there´s no way to get to you. 21:35 that can happen. 22:32 you threw over it.

Deeper parts of pipeyard may also hold desirable paths, although I assume you've already found your way out to a particularly familiar area

Well it was the hunter slugcat, i dont know if you inow it but, the hunter its a different campaign than survivor or monk (survivor and monk are brothers and on #spoilers there is another ending of them after gourmand that they reunite whit each other) hunter is a messenger send by another iterator to revive moon whit a neuron, so the time line of what you know is: ??? ??? Hunter Gourmand Survivor Monk. ??? ??? (The ??? Are the other slugcats.)
