Hi Leah. Watching the replay right now. I just got out of a program, I did 50 days and am still continuing the methadone clinic. I have the goal of beginning to ween off after 6months to a year. I thought that is reasonable enough. I'm new to sobriety and this is definitely the most sober time I've ever had. Thanks for the video, I was happy to see you and hope you are well! Hey Brian! I think that is a great plan! I’d say ween off when you think the time is right. Congratulations on your sober time, you are doing it!! Stay busy, set some goals, and continue to love yourself for who you are
I appreciate it so much! Life has been tough but have also been able to find a small light at the end of the tunnel. Finding joy in the little things helps

I love that you use your grieving process to help others with theres❤️. You have a huge heart. And ive watched you since his passing, and you have grown SO much ❤️😭❤️. You have confidence and you're a REAL RU-vidr now ❤️❤️ Luke would be SO freaking proud, i should say he IS proud because hes definitely watching you from above. You need to remember that even though you dont SEE him, he is there with you every step of the way.
