I want to say divorced parents are way better than parents constantly fighting abusing and insulting each other every minute and every second ,they just ruin their kids mental health and thus ruin their lives

When you started talking about your Grandad the tears started flowing. I lost my best friend in the whole world in September and this year I was supposed to do my GCSEs. I was so excited to show him what I could do and make him proud and now I’ll never get the option to do either. I miss him everyday and think about him constantly. 💘💞💕

That "they don't like me" thing with friends is relatable af, it's made me develop a weird fear over positing on social media out of the fear of being judged by friends

That only liking guys that don't like you back thing is very relatable to me. Not sure it it's an anxiety thing because of being anxious about actually being emotionally vulnerable? Plus the assuming people dislike you automatically. It's nice to know I'm not alone in feeling these rubbish things.

Can completely relate to the grandad situation - my grandad passed away when I was 15 (summer between Year 10 and 11) so he never got to see me get my GCSE results or get my first job and become the person I am today... I would spend pretty much every weekend with him just baking and helping him at his allotment and wow I miss it. I've never spoken to anyone about how I feel but it will be 5 years in August and just cannot believe its been that long.

These videos really help me feel like I'm not alone. My anxiety leads me to constantly doubt wether my friends actually like me. I read into every little message and action and question almost every little thing that I do. I know that it's such a waste of time to feel like that but having some rational thoughts doesn't really compensate for the anxiety. I also think my anxiety leads me to pushing relationships away. I completely related when you spoke about not being without chances, it's just in my head I find something to reason with myself why it will never work out. You verbalising these feelings in a video was really helpful. Thank you so much xx

I also have a lot of problems when it comes to feeling like my friends don’t actually like me. They just put up with me and pity me and don’t actually like me and of course this is just anxious thoughts but I can never shake it. This really helps x❤️
