Giving his writers a platform also allows for a broader range of humor! It seems like they are a pretty diverse team and can tell some freakin' genius jokes that would be super inappropriate for a straight, cis, white dude to deliver.

I just had a dream that I worked on the show. Of course it was kind of dream-surreal, but he was one of the nicest persons I could imagine. That's what you get falling asleep to corrections (actually a gateway to really good sleep and falling back asleep). Sometimes better than meditation sounds/music, ASMR. Only comparable to nature ambience or silence when I'm good with silence. There's a lot of truth inside our dreams. He is a nice person.
