I remember a woman many years ago who worked at a law firm in San francisco, and they sadly did not want to hire someone who was black because they elt that might happen. This is back in the 80's. Now one black lady I know, did have a complaint against the place I worked at, back in the ealry 90s. A nice lady I should though tell you. But what was interesting at the time, many of the black people who worked at my place were upset about this, because they felt it gave other black people a bad name. But just to let you know, I work with a lot of black people, Africans and African Americans, and they are all very professional. So while many do have that fear, I think that in the majority of cases that will not happen.

In the next 10-20 years there is a very real likelihood the US will split into various states, and yes a lot of that is going to be on racial lines as well.
