He didn’t sound great but he was probably sick, this song was such a hit back in the days. He was everywhere performing this song many times a day- from radios, malls and bars.
I agree. This song was beautiful but this live version was messed up. For me, he overdid the soulfulness which resulted to wierd notes and sounding like a drunk singer.
This is my ultimate fav from Jimmy Bondoc! You should check out Nyoy Volante as you have listened to Nina. They were 3 of those popular ones back in the day along with other RNB bands ( Freestyle band, Rivermaya, Cueshe, December Avenue etc).
