Here are some tips for achieving the best results with the NanoFoamer.
- Start with good batteries.
- Pick a NanoScreen: Fine or Superfine
- Warm your milk to 55-65°C
- Keep your jug flat on the countertop.
- Start in the middle for a few seconds: make bubbles.
- Keep the NanoFoamer slightly angled backward.
- Very slowly move away from the center.
- Listen as the sound gradually fades: big bubbles are getting crushed.
- Maintain an excellent vortex to pull the bubbles down
- Be careful not to go back to the middle as you will make new bubbles.
- Continue churning until you have captured all bubbles.
- The final results should be super smooth. Knock out any remaining big bubbles on the surface and then pour.
