Do you know why my milk cannot slide over the espresso base? It just sticks to it. I don't have a problem with instant coffee or choco base.

Espresso crema can works a mysterious way ! Try breaking your crema first by swirling it. Tap your milk just before pouring ! An espresso has 2 layers, the liquid and the crema (Oil), Instant coffee and chocolate don't have crema. Try this and please come back to me if it's not working

1.Training consistency and continued coffee education (these could be very specific to Knoxville, TN) 2. A change in consumer culture to understand that quality takes time, that we shouldn't want a fastfood culture.

Atm, the staff is a big deal. For me "Canadian", the Government still giving money to stay at home or for unemployed people. This is the first struggle. The second one is the direct trade market. How can we get it done a good way with all these travel restrictions. The Coffee market gonna be heavily affected by the Covid-19
