I'm a daily instant coffee drinker lol (please don't burn me at the stake 😅). I just bought the bodum manual milk frother last night and tried this method this morning! My latte art looked like a cumulonimbus cloud lol, but WOW this was so delicious. The delicious flavor literally stopped me in my tracks as I was walking to the other room and sipping. I'm going to keep practicing until I can at least make a heart. This is so fun and so yummy!!!
A moka pot could simulate an espresso shot. I think that's the closest one could get to a shot without an espresso machine at home and it's quite cheap too (around 10-20€) 😉 Great video, thanks for the tip!
Thankyou for this detailed explained video on texturing the milk on the french press. This was only video after seeing many on topic of at home latte, that finally drove that point home beautifully. Thankyou once again.
I have just made myself a latte this way. I always make layer heart latte art. Just using a moka pot Bialetti Brikka and a french press then you will have a great cup of coffee. I use this way about 4 years now.
thank you for thisss ;3; i was having trouble with getting the milk to be the right consistency, but this video helped and cleared up a lot of my questions
I’ve also frothed milk in a glass jar, just heat up milk and place in jar with lid, shake it up. It will create some foam, not as nice as frother but will do if you don’t have any fancy equipment. I have lots of recipes on my channel too.
Thanks 🙏🏾 Morgan this was excellent video share 😊 . I really enjoyed it . Very informative way to impress a at home latte , cocoa au lait , hot cocoa, or matcha latte. Thanks for the tips and tricks.
For those out there that don't have an espresso machine you can get a really decent drink when you make a concentrate with an aeropress (if you have one). My standard recipe for the concentrate is 18g fine ground coffee and 70g - 90g water at 95c (203F) stir 10 seconds and the steep for 1 minute total, then press total brew time should be around 1 minute 30 seconds.
I recently bought a nanopresso espressos machine so I can bring it to school and make espresso and was wondering how I could make lattes. At first I thought I would be stuck with iced lattes, and plain espresso. Don't get me wrong, those are both delicious, but nothing hits like a nice steamy latte and now I can have that during school.
I loved your video Morgan. Finally I could froth milk with my press and I got a super creamy milk, in fact, extremely creamy lol! But I liked it anyway 😁. Thanks so much! Greetings from Argentina! 😀
I always get so happy when I watch your videos! Keep up the great work you are amazing!🙌🏻 I'm currently trying to make espresso with an aeropress because I don't have a machine 😄
Les voy a cer sincero nose mucho de Inglés y no me puedo tarducircasi nada de lo que dice, pero me gusta ver sus vídeos por k me traen felicidad, por k ? Nose
I recently inherited a Krups mini espresso machine that can also steam/foam milk and WHY IS IT SO HARD to foam milk and I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m channeling you😂
A French press is a type of machine. I tried putting milk in a bottle half full, and shaking vigorously for 2 min. Probably over 100 shakes. Didn't work too well. So people who read this, save up some money. And get a French press.
