From what we've seen so far, it's reasonable to say that Laudna isn't stuck with Delilah. Delilah is stuck with Laudna.

The shocked looks across much of the cast when “D” spoke, Liam’s hand curling into a fist the hard eyes that over take Tal’s face. A hated enemy rears her head once more and I’m excited to see where this goes.

The amount of hate for Delilah Briarwood just forever continues through all campaigns and I love it

Plot twist theory: Laudna was one of the people that were hung from the Sun Tree and dressed as Vox Machina. She came back to life after Delilah cast her spell to create that undead army.

Man, The Briarwoods just don’t give up do they?

Been calling this since she revealed being from Whitestone. My guess is that since she was magically inclined before she died, the Briarwoods may have selected her as a backup body for Delilah if/when she died, like what happened in Campaign One those couple times. However, Laudna re-possesed her body and was Reborn, and when Delilah's spirit went back to her next backup body after Vox Machina killed her again, she instead found herself entrapped. After that, they must have entered into a Warlock pact, if for nothing else than their own collective survival.

I could see Laudna changing her patron to Vax’Ildan; through some kind of conversation/deal with the Raven Queen.

Yo did ya'll see Vax from the grave/great Raven beyond pop in through Liam....like excuse me? Wth did she just say? He is damn near trembling. Inner Percy was (yes) we kill their souls again. But man oh man look at Liam he is not ok. I can just hear the Kill Bill sirens going off in his head.

Liam and Talisen's facial journeys through this are just perfection, sorry boys but your Vax and Percy are showing through!

I love how when Delilah starts talking to Laudna - the second it's *confirmed* Delilah, every single person at that table has a physical reaction. And it is genuinely the players reacting in that way, staring intently with a bit of rage, and even Robbie is more subdued with understanding. It's like being able to see the cast as the audience who knows who the enemy is before the characters do in a movie or tv show, staring at the screen and showing the seriousness of the moment that wouldn't come across without the specific context of previous campaigns. (Also - would've *loved* to see Travis's reaction because holy shit)

This is multi teir brilliant. References old campaign. Adds mystery to the new one... and ties in with the Briarwood arc the main plot of the upcoming anime

The bit where Matt emphasised the word “Secret” and how the voice came in a Whisper makes me wonder if it’s not D but V himself! The whispered one, master of secrets and all that. I’m so ducking excited I love dark secrets.

That Lady Briarwood is now back and connected to one of the cast is so unexpected and amusing. I can't WAIT to see how this all goes.

I like to think that their past characters are all chilling in a theater in their respective heads watching the new campaign. Vex is seething in Laura's head, Vax is doing the same in Liam's, Percy is throwing popcorn and screaming at the screen in Taliesin's, and Keyleth is having an existential crisis.

The flippant way Laudna interact with D reminds me of Opal from ExU, when she interact with authoritative figures. Which is super fun to watch.

Marisha really has nailed this character already. Loved Beau by the end of C2 but Laudna is her best character by far imo, and we're only 7 eps in. Fantastic stuff. You can tell she's having a blast 🙌❤🔥

Everyone talking about Liam and Talison's expressions, but what about Sam's? He looks down right pissed to have to deal with Briarwoods again. Also Laudna is quickly beating out Keyleth as my favorite Marisha character.

This is a mark of Matt's ability to create living characters and how invested they all are in their players. It's to the point that Matt brings an old foe back and they all feel fury at this. Edit: The way Del keeps showing up, I would *not* put it past Matt to bring Sylas back in too.
