Travis’ expression especially on Laura’s second entrance is just…it’s everything you hope for in a partner. He doesn’t even appear to notice Sam’s joke at first, he’s just so mesmerized by Laura. You can literally see his brain going ‘Holy hell, I am the luckiest man alive’. It’s so sweet, and gives me hope for humanity.

My sister and I competed in an annual talent show in college every year to help me get over my stage fright. One year, the show was the night before a big final for a class I struggled with, so right after we performed we left to “study”. A half hour later my phone blows up with people asking where we are because apparently we won first place (first time ever winning anything ever) and they were waiting for us to come up and accept the award. I know this isn’t nearly as high profile as the game awards, but I’m glad Laura didn’t have to miss her moment if she had won.
