Lauki Paneer Ka Chilla
Prep time - 20 mins
Cooking time - 15 mins
Serves - 4 (8nos)
Ingredients:
Besan (बेसन) - 2 cups/ 200 gms
Suji (सूजी) - 4 tbsp/ 50 gms
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1½ tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - ¾ tsp
Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi Powder (कसूरी मेथी पाउडर) - a pinch
Ajwain (अजवाइन) - a pinch
Water (पानी) - 1¼ cup / 300 ml
Lauki, diced (लौकी) - 1 cup/ 150 gms
Water (पानी) - ¼ cup/ 60 ml
Green Chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) - 1-2 nos
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) - 2 tsp
For Paneer Stuffing
Oil (तेल) - 3 tbsp
Cumin (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Green Chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) - 1 no
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) - 1 tsp
Green Peas, boiled (हरा मटर) - ¾ cup
Carrots, grated (गाजर) - 1 cup
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp
Paneer, grated (पनीर) - 250 gms
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) - handful
Oil (तेल) - for drizzling
