It's a 250 amp TIG, non-water cooled. I also run a 250 amp Hobart MIG. I recommend them both. Lot of folks don't know it, but Miller, which is who makes my plasma cutter, and Hobart, are the same company.
I do spray foam insulation in Canada I see you have 1/2 pound spray foam and how there is no background noise (outdoors) good sound proof & insulation cheers
This lift is adjustable to either 143” or 149” in height. So, depending on which setting you plan to use, we believe it’s a good idea to give yourself 2” of extra ceiling height. As for the concrete foundation, you’ll learn everything you need to know in the video in the link below. Thanks for your question Cliff. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nC0bkl9t4kE.html
@@genecoppedge5972 I love my challenger lift have had it for 9 months if this is just side note Challenger is owned by Snap On. If this lift is anywhere close to the challenger that is awesome!!
Awsome unit, I'm in the process of hopefully getting a lift, saw your vids and like this one...you should do a "how to" video, on how to line up the arms. Of course you have to put the non verbal disclosure, "stupidity is not covered" in there as well. May be helpful how to balance the vehicle CORRECTLY
Honestly, getting the vehicle balanced is all feel. I like to center cars between the towers and load pickups so the front of the truck is more toward the center of the lift. Lastly, if I have any concerns at all I like to manually try to lift each end of the vehicle. If one end feels light-weight at all, that tells me everything I need to know.
This lift is made in China. The closest thing I have to an American made machine is in this link below. It's "mostly" made in America. www.redlinestands.com/catalog/lifts-c-290/automotive-lifts-c-290_138/2-post-lifts-c-290_138_139/challenger-cl10v3-plus-10k-2-post-clearfloor-lift-ali-certified-p-966

@@RedlineStands hi I have a 2007 dodge mega cab basically a 2500 pickup. Can a challenger cl10v3 or the launch 11k you have can it lift all the way up with out triggering the overhead safety bar. Or the truck mention needs the extra 2 feet lift. And can I buy these lift from you?
@@victornaja7927 Assuming your 2500 is the same as mine, I have no trouble lifting my truck all the way to the top, at which time it is still not high enough to contact the overhead bar, and my lift is standard height. We at Redline quit doing installations years ago. We never had an accident with one of the lifts we installed, but it just worried us that we were making $700 to install a lift, but risking $700,000 if something went wrong. The risk just didn't justify the reward. Sorry.
