In this video, ‪@JPVideos81‬ and myself take a look at what used to be the town of Laural Run, Pa where another underground Mine Fire rages on since 1915. Join us as we take this journey to see if there is any remains of the community that once stood here and to find evidence of the fire itself.

Awesome video RJ! I never knew of this fire. We still have 2 that I know of still burning here in Kentucky but we don't hear much about them anymore.

I had heard about it about 2 years ago, we just finally got the opportunity to go and check it out for ourselves. It is amazing to hear about all of the different ones out there. Glad you enjoyed Mitch.

The Giant's Despair Hillclimb is one of America's oldest motorsports events, starting in 1906, and still run today the second weekend of July. Sir, with all due respect. The city is Wilkes-Barre, not Wilkesboro. I have lived here all my life and know people who had to move because of the mine fire.
