I decided to try making a Lazy Susan for our kitchen. It's a quick and fun project -- you just need to glue up some boards and cut them in circles. The trick(?) is to excavate a spot in one of the boards to hide the ball bearing mechanism that allows the board to spin. There's a bit more to it than that, which is detailed in the build article.
Dimensions: Top is 16" diameter, Bottom is 11" diameter. Thickness of each piece is 3/4".
