Yes I use sometimes console commands, and save editor because of issues otherwise. But given the fanon backstory I give my Shep anyways she should have decryption and electronics anyways (plus got tired of not having "enough" to get that last item that's locked up and didn't want to go back to the Normandy JUST to grab another squad member for one minute.)
Also not 100% sure I played this Shep as I think she would do things, such as with Samesh anyways.
