Having trouble creating a good lead leg block?
Lead Leg movement patterns are too often over cued and “drilled out” to force proper sequencing, a clean “lead leg brace” in itself is a reaction to an efficient and complete hip rotation. In these exercise tutorials, I go over the basics of the clawback mechanism and its kinetic checkpoints, and dive into a set of patterning drills to simplify the developmental process of creating a uninterrupted flow of kinetic energy targeting the lead leg and pelvis.

What separates Tread Athletics?
Unlike most training philosophies, we take holistic approach to strength, power, and velocity development. We don’ t just evaluate and address strength and performance, but lifestyle factors, movement dysfunction, and nutritional habits as well. Rather than fitting athletes into one cut and dry mold, we adapt our programming to address each athlete’s individual needs and goals.

As I let my pelvis rotate through I feel a stretch in my hammy/glute is that the lateral hip tension you are talking about when finishing rotation of the pelvis?

I assume you want to train both sides?

For specifically patterning the lead leg action you don't necessarily have to do both sides. It's more of a skill-specific thing.
