Patrick Marleau tells Mitch Marner about how he keeps his hands full with children, what life was like back on the farm, and reveals his cool second intermission ritual.
@@thricefan89 Yep, I saw a while ago. I speculated that Marner especially appreciates Marleau because he seems to just give positive support instead of being a dick. Who knows though.
thricefan89 marners dad is one of those my sons better kind of parents, he wants Marner to be captain, paid as much as Matthews and says he’s the best player on the leafs
If you follow the sharks at all, it's the leafs equivalent of Thornton Teaching Sorenson and Labanc. Love the Leafs! Good luck from a sharks fan. Win Marleau a cup!
As a huge San Jose Sharks fan, I can't describe how much I appreciate the TML fanbase fully embracing Patty Marleau. The man is the definition of class and determination. I'm glad you've taken care of him well. Now let's meet in the finals! TOR vs SJS for the cup letsss goooooooooo
Truly, we are so grateful for Patty and all he’s done for this team’s youngsters and the city in general. He’ll probably retire as a Shark but thanks for letting us have him for 3 years. He’s been such a blessing. And a SJ TOR final would be amazing!
@@kaitlinsooklal3636 I'm not sure, he's with the Penguins now, but honestly Patty should retire a Shark, even if he has to come back mid season of his last season to do it. Seems fitting to come into, and go out of, the league as a Shark.
Lol, grew up on a farm too and picking stones was everyone's least favourite chore, glad to know Marleau hated it too. Great father/son dynamic between these two, great to see both of them with the Leafs!
Here in Minnesota, farm fields all have piles of rocks in their corners, that have been picked up over the last century or so; don't want any rocks dinging up the plow! 😁😝😆😜
everytime a player is approaching their 40's im like. cmon. go a little further just so u can so uve played in the nhl in their 40's then u get someone who leaves at 39-38. its like nooooooo
Picking rocks. It has to be one of the worst of farm chores. Thing is, a few years later, there are more to take the place of the rocks you've picked. They just appear out of nowhere. One lousy job.
that's not a house, it's a studio at the rink (pretty sure that's where it is since the guys always look like they just showered before recording these).
