Btw, Iso's Agent trailer ties back into a small cinematic in short format, where Iso has Omen at gun point while in his back, so Omen doesn't even notice, and cypher is watching, witouth Iso knowing, Iso lowers his gun, and puts his phone in front of Omen, showing the "target" that he has in his back, Iso leaves, Cypher nods at him as a "well done", and that ties into the final cinematic you alredy watched in the cinematics video, where omen questions the leader of an organization about his own past

Kayo's lore - He is a robot from an alternate future and was sent back in time and was constructed and designed to be a Radiant killing machine. He has beef with Reyna due to her actions against humanity and her being a Radiant (Radiants are individuals with hypernatural abilities). In his time, he actually defeated Reyna but humanity already suffered great loss by that time. Him and Brimstone were friends in the previous war he fought but something tragic happened, hence Fade's trailer that showed Kayo carrying Brim. It is also rumored that the picture hanging in Brim's office in the shooting range is of him and Kayo (Kayo is wearing the same dog tag necklace as the guy in the photo). He now fights alongside humans and Radiants he has previously fought with and fought against but will always be weary of Radiant allies. ALSO p.s another side note: Chamber's ult shot is the bullet that caused Fracture to split in half after it caused an explosion in the facility there, killing several employees.

All the agent trailers are from our POV so Alpha Earth lol so the rifts that Syke sees are in Alpha Earth, there is stuff happening across both worlds and each world has different versions of the characters, the only Omega Earth characters you've seen are Jett in the 1st ep, Jett, Viper and Cyper in the 2nd, with those three and Yoru and Phoenix at the end of the 3rd ep, Viper in the Shattered/Dimension cinematic when Neon, Reyna and KJ tele'd over to Omega, everyone apart from Astra and Harbour in the Revelation Cinematic and in the trailers you watched today the only Omega Earth character was the Chambers who shot the snjper to release Brim. K/AYO is a robot from another dimension (different from the 2 we know) where Reyna rallied up Radiants (People with powers, you may notice some agents like Phoenx, Jett, Neon etc have abilities and other don't like Breach, Chamber, Cypher,etc, the ones with abilities are called Radiants) to take over the world. K/AYO stands for Kill All Your Opponents which in this case are Radiants and his trailer showcases him learning and adapting to situations and developing "abilities" like his knife that are targeted to take on and subdue Radiants. Basically he was a tool in the Radiant war against Reyna and somehow ended up in our world (Alpha Earth), that's why in the 4th trailer where he's argue with Phoenix about Team Forge and Roaster and Toaster, he says "You know I'm programmed to kill you?". The Fade trailer shows the present agents biggest fears, Neon is afraid of losing control of her powers the thing on her back constrains it so she doesn't lose control, Cypher is afraid of having his identity revealed, Chamber is afraid of everyone finding out he's working with his Omega Earth counterpart and everyother shady thing he does (That's why you see two Chambers - also hidden detail you missed The Omega Chamber points his gun at our Chamber b4 he frees Brim), Breach is afraid of being imprisoned again and Sova isn't afraid of the light lol, he's afraid of losing sight in both eyes (he's already lost one eye) and not being able to shoot straight. K/AYO is afraid of losing Brim again because in his dimension Brim dies (Also I think K/AYO is part human and used to serve in the army with Breach so that's why they were close and he cares so much, like they were besties or something) Fade was Valorant's blackmailer and there were a lot of voicelines in The Range etc that preluded her joining and explain more around it, when she was coming out there were dossiers on maps and voice lines that prelude her joining the team. In the dossiers she exposes most of the Valorant agents real names like Vipers name being Sabine etc and a lot of lore around the characters fears and some orgins were revealed. Would recommend reacting to the dossiers at some point cause they reveal some stuff about the characters and their lore. Yoru didn't have the clone when he came out it was a added in later, he had fake footsteps instead which he could set off to fake people out. Also a lot of agents abilities have changed/been nerfed/strengthened throughout the years. The trailers b4 KJ are from when the game first launched. Also there are some songs and other stuff that are insightful to characters and lore so would also recommend checking those out. With Iso there's a theory going around that he's who Omen used to be and his name stands for "Is secretly Omen" They were both employed by the same people, the organisation with the Hourglass symbol. When you said you were Ghanaian I literally couldn't tell what you were talking about and only figured it out cause you were talking about Astra and she's from my homeland Ghana. I'm new to Valorant but Iso's trailer sold me on who my main would be.

Radiants are basically people who have supernatural abilities due to exposure to radianite. Not all of the agents are radiants though. Killjoy uses radianite for her robots but she is not a radiant herself. Same with Harbour, all of his water powers comes from his wristband, not from his body. If you take of his wristband, he can't use water powers anymore. However, a radiant like Phoenix cannot have his powers taken away as it is a part of himself.

22:20 Kayo is ai robot from another timline. In his world reyna started the radiant war and brimestone died in this. After killing reyna he decided to went back in time to try to prevent this war. (He was in very close friendship with brim so his darkest fear is to lost brim again)

I love how you can see the improvement of agent trailers. As well as how they started adding lore to them. I also like that you can see the Agents fighting maxbot in cinematic 4 in Neon's trailer For Chamber's trailer, Viper and Brim were exploring Fracture but got trapped. Chamber was working with his omega counterpart. You can see that omega chamber wanted to betray alpha chamber but decided not to. In Fade's trailer, Kayo is afraid of losing Brim because its theorized that Kayo was Brim's best friend when they were in the army (Can be seen from pictures Iin Brims office in the range). They both have dogtags but Kayo's one has a chip from a gun shot.

cypher has a voice line that ask sage that she can bring anyone back to life with no cost and from what we know sage can bring them back from the death at no cost of anything so each time the agent die in cinematic they dont hesitate to kill cause they know there is sage so they dont hesitate to jump back in there

also about their "magic" abilties; some agents are Radients and have these "magic" abilities. Jett, Reyna, Sage, Skye, and Yuro are examples of Radients. Whilst Brim, Killjoy, Viper, Cypher are humans. Idk the lore behind why everyone isn't just Radients or where the radients abilities comes from, but that's at least the difference c: there's various voicelines u've probably heard in game where the agents talking about it ^^

That Skye is from Alpha, they are defenders. Omega is the one who started the whole fight between 2 worlds, as their world is dying and they need radianite to keep life on their Earth…

Hi there, your resident yoru main here. Release yoru was, to say the least, pretty fucking bad. his whole kit was a lot slower than it is now. He had 1 tp, his flashes were so slow, and instead of a clone, he had footsteps that moved in a straight line and were essentially only used to make sound. He also used to not use abilities in his ult, his sight was hindered, and it was a lot shorter. This all changed when he got his rework that gave him his better ult, 2 tps and the clone.

Neon's will always be my favourite. Feels so personal.

So, what are Radiants? Besides beeing a rank in-game, Radiants is the name given to people with what basictly is super powers, so, a big part of the valorant roaster, but not all, for example, Killjoy uses randiant powered technology (radiant beeing a mineral, there is a lot of lore stuff about that), and Phoenix or Jett are radiants, there are some surprises with that tho. You would think Harbor is a radiant with all of that water manipulation, but he is a normal human, wich happened uppon the bracelet, a radiant ancient artifact wich give him his powers

all the agent trailers take place on alpha earth. alpha earth also has their own shambles with nature from time to time. also "Radiants" are what the agents with powers are called

Kayo is basically a sentinel from xmen. A robot designed in wartime to suppress radiant abilities

The closed beta and still early release (until Killjoy was released) the graphics were different and they used actual people's gameplay to make the trailers, that's why you didn't see ults and stuff.

Yes, The UI was diff in beginning but after that valorant did major changes with characters look and abilities.... Yoru used to have fake steps in beginning that enemies will hear... Then they change it to fake steps that can be activated by yoru like the clone... Then they introduced the clone.... There are two type of people one who affected with radianite and one who uses them for themselves..... Omega earth 🌎 lacking the resources that's why they came to this earth for stealing it... There is a voiceline of Omen who has the same question like you.... "Sage the life you give... Have you ever wondered where it's came from" Varun Batra is his full name "Harbour".... Varun is the name of a hindu God of Water.... And there is also a connection with relic that's why relic chose him to be the one....

i looove fades trailer and it impliments a bit more lore about the other characters as well, with cypher being scared of being exposed, chamber of loosing his link to his omega self (I think), kayo scared of losing brim (? cuz they fought a war together), just sooo good, I'm biased tho cuz I'm a fade main cx but its still such a good trailer also, sidenote as someone else mentioned in the comments but yes, u always see these trailers from Alpha world point of view. i think omega is running out of radianite and are therefore stealing it from alpha world to sustain their energy source. but u can always expect the stories to be told from alpha world point of view unless they make it obvious that its omega world; like at the end of the 3rd cinematic ^^
