For me training is about how you feel not how you look. The looks is more of a byproduct to good training. Instead I focus on training so I feel good healthy , strong , and no pain . If we focus too much on how we look it becomes kind of shallow and vain and that transfers over to other aspects of our life. We then start becoming more vain and shallow about everything else. Just my experiences not saying it’s right or wrong , but definitely something to think about and maybe change the focus away from appearance all the time . Blessings to all 🙏🏽

I have an amazing home what Simeon said about having a home gym is true. I workout at home from Monday to Wednesday and on Thursday and Friday I'm at a public gym because i need to interact with and see other people. It sometimes gets boring working out alone.

Great content as always. I am sure the collaboration with Bradley is what the fans want to see but I have to say it just looks so unnatural and stilted. There seems to be a bit of tension and it doesn't look like you connect with him very much.
