this seriously cured my driving anxiety. only after one session or maybe two i was out on the road. it felt amazing! I couldn't believe it

@@euhdaccord4462 i'm not sure how to answer that; i think you have to have a certain amount of receptivity to energy; i've taken energy healing classes and there were people who never felt it, while most of us did

He is very cool! I was surprised he didn't mention the vocal component - "Even though {insert emotion/topic} I deeply and completely love and accept myself." - as you tap through the points.

I tried this for help with ptsd & anxiety attacks. It really helped. It was many years ago, I think I did it for quite a while, it didn’t “ cure “ me/ quick fix, but it helped the immediate anxiety and I found it comforting and helpful. I had adrenal exhaustion, so I needed rest and some healthy food before the ptsd and anxiety really improved.

Most importantly when tapping is to focus on positive affirmations... they can be as simple as one-word i.e. love, peace, joy,

Listening to him talking about doing it during issue made me wonder if you can do it in advance. Usurped to do it a long time ago. Since I pretty much have anxiety 24/7, anytime I am to tap it wouldn’t really be in advance.

No. This is a brief explanation that leaves out a lot. Tjere are many better explanations and vids to follow along on youtube. This was not a good demonstration.
