I tried this for help with ptsd & anxiety attacks. It really helped. It was many years ago, I think I did it for quite a while, it didn’t “ cure “ me/ quick fix, but it helped the immediate anxiety and I found it comforting and helpful. I had adrenal exhaustion, so I needed rest and some healthy food before the ptsd and anxiety really improved.
Listening to him talking about doing it during issue made me wonder if you can do it in advance. Usurped to do it a long time ago. Since I pretty much have anxiety 24/7, anytime I am to tap it wouldn’t really be in advance.
