I saw this with water and oil, adding food coloring and have some sort of corral decoration, really good for begginers that wants to go into fine dining
Thank you very much Chef Mijk 🙏 I've made some with water and oil and added Lots of gold coloured food glitter. I used it serving whole crab and it looked quite good. I think making the milk and also the sugar tuile will not be as easy but I'll definitely try it 😃
It’s do able, but it’s harder if you do it with in the oven because of the varying temperatures and the minimum heat ovens can achieve. Honestly a dehydrator is best for this.
