Didnt your do any kind of weighted chins pulls for the One arm chin up?. Or did your in all that time mostly do unilateral work

@@JeromeFitness Perhaps I should have wrote… "It's surprises me how my muscles pop right back after being away and then back and getting into working out again, thx for the reminder." Spring is here and bike riding and pull-ups are toning up those muscles after a Minnesota hibernation.

Hi Jerome welcome back, hope your masters degree is going well. Im doing short and sweet exercises 30 pushups then on a bike followed buy leg stretching. Then i walk the dogs, i run for 30 seconds walk for 30 seconds, run for 30 seconds walk for 30 seconds. I do this every other day, is that good??? or could i do that routine each day??? please advice welcome back and hope the break helped you, have a great weekend
