While you say these can be done daily, isn't it true that most people find stretching more effective when done every other day? One can work on another form of exercise on those other days.😉

Bro: most us in martial arts CAN do front splits and want a split machine cuz we can't do middle splits. So basically what you're saying is "if you already have achieved front splits, but not middle splits, get a machine if you REALLY want middle splits."

Id like some honestly here fella's i dont know y the guys who can split get so defensive saying i do so have nuts and they dont get hurt while splitting id be more likely to believe u aren't a eunuch if u just admited ya ive sat on my nuts b4 careful not to crush them like u can when sitting. But they pretend that isnt a thing so how can i pretend u aren't full of it
Don’t see the need to mention Bruce Lee. These are basic forearm exercises which primarily strengthen the wrist while engaging the forearm. There is a grip machine he had made. You can purchase on line. It had amazing results on his forearm. Not to mention I have seen footage of him striking his outer forearm/ posterior angle with a solid short weight pole repeatedly not very aggressive. But enough to toughen the area or desensitize to trauma. PS not the exercises you showed are effective
I want to build a good muscle mass not huge but definitely with some solid size but also flexible which is why I stretch, do weights, callisthenics and cardio to build an overall good physique
i only wanted to know if it have any impact on hips ? like is it A widen or B narrow them or C neither ? coz im obviously aiming for V body shape, so if splits will widen my hips than its a hard pass for me
