Your favorite oyster knife is call a Boston style(my preferred OK as well) but I also favor the Chesapeake stabber as well…just trying to refresh my memory…the little table is a novel idea, havnt seen that before… great vid bro… I do use the OK to flick away shell debris …I also have seen a shucker flip the oyster when finished in the cup(it gives it a fuller presence in the shell), looked good and I’ll be giving that a try….TY4Posting

Unfortunately we aren't able to reshoot this with Gardner, and I see what you mean about some of the action being out of frame. All I can suggest is to listen to his narration of what he's doing and experiment from there.
