Learn to use a heavy bag like a pro 

Welcome back to the sweet science in todays lesson we’re talking about levelling up your heavy bag routines and making them more realistic and useful
We all do it, stand in front of a bag and just hit it, particularly as a beginner boxer
So using a big of strategy we’re going to get you attacking the centre line, mixed up with head and body shots along with attacks from the flanks
It’s impossible to have all your bases covered in boxing
If you just attack the centre line, easy to defend
If you just attack the head, easy to defend
Just attack the body , easy to defend
Just attack the flanks, easy to defend
The key is to be able to mix all those attack points up in small swift combinations to open up a hole in your opponents defence
