I realize my biggest reason for dissociation is the shame I feel in those moments. Shame that I internalized into my self-worth that still affects how I view the world (distrust, overanalyzing, needing control to avoid shame). Finally at the stage where I'm starting to release the shame and just learn to feel what I feel
Shame is such a hard thing to let go of and free ourselves from. I definitely struggled with how I dealt with shame and am so glad to have overcome that hurdle. Nothing is ever perfect and I can’t say I’ll never feel shame again, but never will I sulk in it or allow it to control me any further!
Allowing ourselves to feel is the main message I got from this which is the major 🔑🔑 I’ve been missing. Thank you for this girl❣️ sending lots of love and light your way 🫶
yessssss!! Feeling our feelings is such an underrated, but major key as you said!! I’m so glad this resonated with you. && thank you girlie, love and light right back at you, always 💗
Girl thank you!! Thank you for this video. I felt like a healed version of me talking to me cause of the way you were framing things. Thank you for learning about this. You might have done it for yourself but look you are helping others.
@@hoodnt37 awwwww THANK YOU!! Honestly I was talking to myself as much as I was talking to you all, so it really means a lot to know how much it resonates. The more I grow, the more I’ll share🫶🏼
