@@slayyrki5113 Sorry about how they're treating you. People can be so mean. I hope you can get out of that situation eventually if you are indeed abused and bullied.
Yes, PLEASE make this a series! 1- it would get you out often, 2- It would encourage your fans to make art in different places, 3- You would get more ideas from the outside world, 4- EVERYONE WILL LOVE IT! Please do! :)
Kasey: "That's right kids, you can leave your house and draw" Me stuck at home for 3 weeks under quarantine: "Not anymore..." Kasey: "Get out there, leave the house..." Me: *sobs*
OMG YESSS This is probably one of if not the best little set to take outside and paint with, I also love to decorate mine with cute little stickersssss
“WHO DRAWS OLD PEOPLE?” -Kasey Kasey, YOU draw old people, you drew that old man that was sitting in front of you, and you drew the old woman in the bus...
Minty Bliss I would enjoy it very much too!! Lol I'm too shy to do that too ,I'll stick to sketchingl by pencil lol . But I do want to art out in the porch , with the sun, and the bees, and the mosquitos c: . So yeah.
I have the smaller version of this kit that a friend sold me really cheap when she didn't use it any more, and I love it! They are a little chalky but they don't cover up my lineart like some others do. These little paintings are really lovely, I especially like the one from the plane window and the one of the old man on the bus! Not sure I could paint on a bus but I definitely feel inspired to go out and do some painting outside - which is nice because I usually only leave the house to go to the day job haha
Once I was out with my family getting ice cream (we were on holiday) and then all of a sudden my mum points out this old guy with a sketching pad and coloured pencils, I have an interest in drawing and I’m planning on doing it for my GCSEs hence why she pointed it out. We finish the ice cream and when we leave I catch a glance at his sketchbook and he was drawing me. It really made my day and was much appreciated!
Idk why I find it so cool you live on Vancouver island, I'm like ooo does kasey live in the same city as me 😧 idk but I'm gonna keep my eyes peeled for someone doing some watercolour painting on the bus now though 💁🏼
In our school, before out winter break, we'll have an even in every class called Winter Party (its basically just like a Christmas party but with classmates). Most of the time I ask for lots of things (which are childish). But this year (my last school year in my school) (i live in Saudi Arabia (but I'm a Filipina) and I'll study in the Philippines next school year), that is the "ONLY" thing I want (good thing there is a stationary store called "Jarir" all around Saudi Arabia) , especially that there are lots of things I can draw in the Philippines bc outside my house in the Philippines, There are lots of grass and fresh air, its so relaxing, there's so many things to draw, we even have a beautiful but small garden, which I Love 😍
I just bought some decent quality watercolors today, and compared to the cheap ebay-ones I bought to try out watercolor it's a WHOLE NEW WORLD! You're such an inspiration, and watching your videos inspires me to try out new techniques with my art and doodles, and now I have so much more motivation since I no longer use sheer, chalky paints 😍 Thank you for being so great!
My mother and I took our sketch books on a trip to London and Scotland, way back in the day before RU-vid! We found sitting in the park or in the museum's, or wherever and drawing we were able to strike up the most interesting conversations with people who were passing by. Normally the 2 of us are quite enter verted, but everyone was so nice in wanting to see what we were doing, and it was just a nice way to meet local people and share a little time, I think what you're doing is great that I look forward to seeing more videos!
I have the smaller set version of this and I really like it (aside from the chalkiness of the paints). They are a good supplement to my watercolor pencils. I should get out an use the travel compact aspect of the set more though >.< no time like the present, right? Thanks for the inspiration/motivation to get off my butt and go doodle out in the world.
luckysmokerings666 me too! they're a nice sketch set, and its especially nice for those of us who stress about using good materials on practice doodles and such. a canson mixed media sketchbook and a small koi set and youre a budget watercolor artist lol!
how chalky are they? I've been wanting to buy them as soon as I have the money and I've been around youtube recently watching some koi reviews and I'm just now seeing comments about them being chalky
As I have used them more they are not that bad. They break a bit when I swatch them and whatnot, but when I have painted with them, I generally have had little issue with the colors breaking. I think if you are interested in them, you should get them. They are a pretty good set. (althougthI have never used like fancy watercolors)
luckysmokerings666 so glad I seen this comment, I already have 2 very expensive watercolour sets which are good quality and I saw the 48 set used in this video for $70 but if they are Chalky then I might reconsider buying them
You see, you have to get dressed in presentable clothes(I'm shivering, brr), open your front door, and(here's the hardest and scariest part) step out of your flat. It's the most difficult thing I personally ever did.
Jessica Zhang yea i know, don't say someone's stupid. If you never did, well, go and explore at least around your apartement/house. Y? Ye idk. At least you should take a look at your outside surroundings sometimes--- even just once... --Ivy
I've been wanting to draw outside for super long (like outside outside) but decided to wait for summer because I just love to sit on the grass and look at all the flowers and be super inspired! It's just so relaxing. I can't wait for summer!!! P.s your video was super fun and I love all of them
This is really great, u know it's awesome that u do these videos because while u r being creative and showing ways to carry your creativity around makes me and my friends get so hyped for drawing and we pull out out sketch books, u inspire us, and I wanna say thank you :) and this would be a great series!
I have the smaller set, and they're the only watercolors I own other than Crayola😅 so... OH NO! They're chalky? This is the only way I know!😂 I really need to go out with them though, sounds like fun. And omg YES, I would love to see this series on your channel! Just you goin' around bein' sneaky and painting people without telling them😏
I know I’m late watching this video. But I recently bought one of these and I love it! I highly recommend this if you are a traveler and love to paint regardless of where you are, it’s so easy to store in bags or purses.
@@thejetsetlifekilledmealrea7738 I found one on Amazon for 30 dollars. For 48 colors plus its practicity, and the fact Koi is a good brand, I'd say it's a fair price.
n o r i. I hate people like you. They asked an open ended question, not knowing if it was something more. DUH it’s an art style. Stop “blessing” us with your unnecessary intake trying to seem more intelligent. You’re all the same rude people with the same damn art style and the same damn drawings. Either contribute something actually useful to the conversation or get lost. I was happily reading the replies and my face dropped when I saw yours. Disgusting.
Bet the old guy on the bus would have had a blast had you shown him your cool painting. These travel paintings are SO cool. Kind of bums me out I totally cannot draw, paint, sketch or any of that. Watching you doing your thing on the go was fun, thank you.
This was my starter set of watercolors. I loved all the colors and how convenient it is. My parents are divorced, so it was really easy to take it between houses because of how small it is
I love your “doodles” (more like a masterpiece) 💗I got the Derwent academy watercolor set and it’s really good, I’m trying to earn money to buy myself a koi watercolor set with 24 colors 😆PLEASE START THE SERIES THAT WILL BE GREAT 👍🏻
I heard that when u take the water pen on the airplane with water and a cap on it will make the water pen explode due to the shift in pressure is that true?
Travel brushes like that are not airtight. It might leak a little through the brush tip into the cap, but exploding is very unlikely. Especially if you fill it with water first, as air expands in low pressure, but water doesn’t.
Wow, I absolutely love the watercolour set that you have! I am thinking about plunging myself into the RU-vid Art genre and I have been trying to find some other watercolour youtubers and I love your videos. Anyway, thank you for your inspiration!
I went out a few Times to draw nature which is really out of my comfort zone when it comes to art. I still enjoyed it and after having seen this Video... i think i should Start doing that again. I think this especially helps with the depressions when I actually manage to stand up and go out. Thank you
I have purchased one of these recently and it arrives in a few days. I have no idea how to paint but I am a talented artist when it comes to drawing. I'm so happy with all the positive reviews I've seen and I can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks for the video!
