They let Carlos Boozer walk in free agency, wouldn't give up their 1st round pick for a prime Amar'e Stoudemire (Cavs used that pick for JJ Hickson) just Bron, Amar'e, and Boozer would have been enough, but then they had a chance to bring in Mike Bibby and didn't do it. Instead they got Shaq 2 years from retirement, Antwan Jamison, and Larry street clothes Hughes.

@esgodson how long have you been watching basketball? Doesn't seem long. Everyone knows Lebron was an elite defender consistently for 15 years, and now he picks and chooses when to play D. He turned it on in the playoffs last year. He will this year.
