@@PoatanCombatSportGOATAnd accountability. He needs to take responsibility for his failures, yet in the best narcissistic way, he deflects by being GM LeBron, blaming others, etc.
James has longevity stats. He's hasn't put up scoring we've never seen before or rebounding or steals or blocks, assists ect. He needed so much help, played with so many all-stars and yet still couldn't get it done more times than not. He's a false profit
It's funny how in September-October all we heard was the Lakers won the off-season. How stacked they are. Now, it's the same old narrative with LameBron, NEEDS HELP! Dude has to be the weakest superstar ever.
I’ve been watching sports for close to 40 years. I have NEVER heard of any athlete who needs help as much as LeBronze. When MJ was losing to the Pistons I never heard “Jordan needs more help”. Nope, it’s only LeBronze. No other athlete has ever had the media constantly repeating the “LeBronze needs help!” mantra like LeBronze gets. And the guy can be surrounded by the best players in the game and he’ll STILL get swept in the finals.
It was never close you guys. MJ’s standard is far too high that we haven’t even discussed how he suddenly leaped past all these (over a dozen easily) other greats along the way. _NO ANTICS OF THIS VARIETY AMONG THEM._ LeNeverTopTen
from MJs comment, i can deduce, he valued the relationship between him and the other players on the team over the skills they brought to the game. he was more about maximizing the skills his teammates already had. that’s a goat
To be fair player movement back in the 90s wasn’t what it is now. More players would’ve been moving if the 90s bulls played in 2024. Pippen probably would’ve requested a trade after Jordan’s retirement and there wouldn’t be another chance to three peat.
@@mattmmixes bums don't. competitive players want to play competitive games. they dont want to play weak opponents and have things handed to them. they want to EARN them. they want to beat the best. that's what changed. players are soft and dont care enough to fight for the trophy or their legacy.
One thing I really noticed over the last few days that changed after LA beat the Clippers was how the headlines changed the order of things. After the Clippers victory I saw a bunch of headlines that started out like "LeBron Scores 25 as the Lakers beat the Clippers." But over the course of the recent losses the headlines read more like. "Lakers lose despite LeBron 34" or in the case of his lower scoring outings "Lakers fall to..." It's a subtle change but notice LeBron is first for the victories but the organization is first in the defeats.
Getting 28 in a game is getting 7 points a quarter. 2 layups and a 3 in each quarter. So there's alot of other things that factor on the court, like DEFENSE.
I’m not a Bron hater but I caught my group chat being hypocrites the other day, they were complaining about how Bron needs help that the supporting cast needs to change but I told them before the season & before this recent stretch they loved the supporting cast but after one bad stretch of basketball they basically want a complete overhaul of the roster & I called them on it, Lebron fans are really unbelievable
There the same people that can’t be bothered to watch a game. Just read the headlines and watch goofs like bill “only two years till she’s 18” Simmons. Not to mention sambo Perkins the biggest snake in the world. Anyone who believes this narrative I write off as delusional in all aspects of life.
@@tw3314 - so you’re blaming “the others” for being inconsistent? You do realise that does come down to training and that will come down to the captain/head coach of the team, as they’re the leaders 🤷♂️
The issue here is the NBA will never reveal these types of analytics. It’s really bad for their product and could the damage the NBA even further. It remains to be seen, years after LBJ retires, will the truth come out? When he gets compared to the new GOAT, will they bring up all these details to hype up the new guy? At the end of the day, people actually love or absolutely hate Bron, but one thing for certain the media is the problem and they always and will continue to hype him up, as long as he makes them money.
Michael Jordan scored 51 at Age 38 on December 29, 2001. LeBron James scored 25 points at Age 39 on January 7, 2023. LeBron’s fans love being casual prisoners of the moment. Smh 🤦♂️
That is cool. What about the fact that Lebron is WAY better than Jordan at age 38 & 39 with 6 more seasons & playoffs of wear and tear on him than Jordan had at the same age?
@@phillyphan1346no he actually wasn't better at that age because Jordan had knee injuries at that stage which ended his career. Also Leflop plays in the easiest no touch defense era with all of these bums padding stats. Nice try though, I do think Leflop is on some type of PEDs too.
@@nicozan1608 lol no, in 95 the Chicago Bulls (5) upset the Charlotte (4) Hornets 3-1 but in the next round they couldn't upset the first seed the Orlando Magic.
LeBron James: "I'm averaging a triple double in the Finals, I'm pretty good" while losing. Michael Jordan: "I have to do a better job of playing with my teammates" also while losing. This right here is enough to end ANY supposed GOAT debate involving James. End of story. One is about actually BEING great, and the other is about telling people how great he thinks he is. 😂😂😂 Absolutely insane.

Also I wet my pants being guarded by JJ Barrea in 2011, and Choked on Dirk who had flu that week" 🤣🤣
Wilt had huge numbers too but wasn't able to win the championship. It wasn't until he started to shoot less and pass it off to allow other players to be part of the game that they were able to win. And along the way Wilt now led the league in assists. Numbers mean nothing if it doesn't result in wins and titles.
When I hear Lefrauds cult say that he left Cleveland because they wouldn't build around him, I ask them what's their excuse 4 him leaving Miami and Cleveland the second time
duuuuuuuuuuuh. he didn't have enough help! they had to build around him (and because they did built around him is why he didn't win. A Pippen v2.0 wanting desperately to be MJ... who would've thought that it wouldnt work)
He left Cleveland after delivering a championship to a state that never wilon anything in any sport. His kids schooling to help them play in better teams and opposition along with LeBron has many Business related things in California that helps make more time his family possible. Can't say Lakers were title contenders before he joined La , if he was just after a ring asap he'd join warriors when Durant left lol.
LeBron James is the ONLY All-Time Great Player who NEVER took a franchise from the wilderness to an NBA title. Bill Russell, Kareem, Magic, Bird, Zeke, Shaq, Kobe, Timmy, Steph, and of course Michael Jordan all have this accomplishment on their resume, while the self-appointed "King" does NOT. Hell, Dirk Nowitski achieved this in 2011 and that was against LeBron's first "Super Team" that LeBron said was going to win 7 titles, but only came away with 2. It takes true greatness to take a bad or mediocre team to the very top, while LeBron could only get rings by joining teams with establised All Stars. THIS is why I'd take every one of the 11 players I mentioned (yes, Dirk too) ahead of LeBron in the GOAT debate.
Why anyone is surprised that a super talented player that has been coddled and propped up since he was in high school takes zero accountability for losing is completely beyond me
@@AggravatedMan365Bronny had a cardiac episode (apparently from a congenital condition), and honestly, even if cleared to play again, he shouldn't IMO. There have been too many athletes outside of basketball who died because of heart conditions (most being undiagnosed). A reason for me to prioritise both concussions and cardiac issues equally in medical evaluations, but I digress.
@@jeromegarner7196 it's called social media, social media is something Jordan never had which means there isn't videos being played over with Jordan failing because that would discredit his god like powers according to you Jordan fans.
This is a great video. Very well articulated. Very well broken down as far as stat padding and the making of excuses when Lebron loses. Another stat padding item, is that his teammates are almost mandated to pass him the ball on fast breaks, even though they can get the same score effect with their own layup. Many times is this visible.
From 2011 to today lebron has had help, more help then any other player in nba history i would argue and still blames everybody but himself when he comes up short in the finals.
Not a big LeBron fan be tbf he played against more skilled teams than MJ and the Bulls did. Not to say MJ didn’t have competition, but would 90s Bulls get 6 titles if they were playing against a team like Golden State with prime Curry, Draymond, Thompson and Durant? I’m not sure to be honest.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Lebron fans need to pick a side, either Lebron is old and isn't that guy anymore, or he is still better than ever. You can't choose both. And clearly there is a right side
Since Michael Jordan retired, the Chicago Bulls have become a team that can't win championships. Watching the Bulls since he retired makes me realize how much influence Jordan had.
If you still doubting MJ. Here's something that should shock you. In the span of 32 months, MJ won 3 finals championships, 3 finals MVP, 3 scoring titles, 2 NBA MVPs, was named All-Defensive 1st team 3 times and missed 0 games. Nobody in the history of the NBA has come close to doing that and I dare you to go look.
What annoys the most about the Jordan-LeBron debate is that it even exists, and how hard you can tell LeBron's focus revolves around it, which makes no sense. How can you just sweep under the rug players like Kareem, Magic, Bird, Kobe, absolute titans. Eras-defining players. Just assuming you're better than players you never had the chance to compete against is silly, and really that's one of the biiiig differences btw the two. Lebron thinks them 2 are in this fantasy duel where he's really the clear winner, MJ always had true respect for who came before him and shaped basketball into what it is, and knows that there is no GOAT in reality, it's just a made up word. LeBron's focus is on trying to control the narrative that he feels entitled to and wants around his name, even spanning into the past and future; Michael's focus was on his opponent, that's it. Just wanted to obliterate them and win a ring at the end of the year, nothing else.
he’s had more help then everyone in the history of the league and still refuses to take any accountability for his L’s. always and injury excuse. or let’s blame and fire the coaches let’s blame and trade away whoever

If Lebron was acting like this and he was still with the Cavs and never left, that would be completely understandable and a different story, but he's on the freaking Lakers and had AD putting up monstrous stats. Is he hoping he gets a Magic or an MJ or a Kobe to come and bail him out? Smh...

And i would like to get everyone attention on that short after game interview with MJ, that came after a loss. You know this made me add criteria to my all time rankings players who built a dynasty or had a dynastic run would go higher in overall rankings. And guys that never won but got their team deep consistent playoff runs should be higher than guys who also never won but had lack luster post season history.
The role players often struggle because they don't play in a real offense with player and ball movement. LeBron has it so he is the offense dominating the ball majority of the game while his teammates are waiting to see if he gonna shoot it or pass it. Dude will turn you into a spot up shooter even if you're not.
if you cant "will your team to win" then you always "need help" to get carried to your championship Jordan could "will his teams to wins" just by the sheer dominance on the basketball court it doesnt matter how well or hpw bad lebron plays. his championships consist solely on his Top Ten team mates winning it FOR him
I just watched The Last Dance again and I forget how much of a grind it was for everyone to even become a team.. It literally took up until the 91 Finals.. So lebron needing more and more is clearly a lebron issue because great teammates win with what they have.. MJ 3peatn with Bill Cartwright and John Paxson etc.. The debate should be... LeBron James vs. James Harden. That is a close matchup. Then the winner between those guys can fight to get into the top 20 discussion. Harden didn't get the ring, but his game is similar and he had a better peak.
I don't either. One by one... go down the list and ask if he's really better than xxxx... and he just keeps falling. Only the 20 years stat packing keeps him relevant
I’m a lifelong Kobe Bryant fan, but this channel became a LeBron hate page. I’m not sure why either, since I liked your content. I’m not a LeBron fan, but I like when people cover content correctly. Now the fact that you’re identifying stat padding with LeBron is an incredibly poor take considering every superstar had this mentality for some time. If you knew anything about basketball, you’d know that prior to the Triangle, Michael Jordan was also stat padding. MJ is my GOAT, he always will be, but the fact that you’re attempting to demean any great player’s legacy proves your lack of knowledge when it comes to hoops. Be a fan of basketball, not a critic of greatness. Appreciate every great player because there is a reason they are great. Very poor content, and you seriously come off like a hater. Be better.
His Lakers timeline is wild: Announced he was going to LA. Didnt make the playoffs. Gutted the team. Won a bubble ring. Trade deadlines and load management. Gets swept in wcf Wins a participation trophy What a mess
It's crazy that those "basketball analysts " like nick Wright managed to put lebrons name with Michael Jordan. Jordan was a winner Lebron is just a stat junkie.
When Lebron gets bailed out by the refs (this means more points from the foul line), most of his points come from uncontested dunks and layups, he travels more than the circus, he constantly dislodges players to get close to the basket, he now has assists that aren't assists, and he is always bailing on his team on defense I have to ask....why was he ever seen as a viable top player or a player that could even be compared to Kobe, Bird, Magic, or Kareem much less MJ?
The media and the NBA did a disservice to the game. They forced-fed Lebron down everybody’s throat. This guy is not even in the same galaxy as MJ. It’s not even close.
That’s because he don’t have a teammate who DGAF about standing up in the locker room and asking: say brah, who your son supposed to get minutes over? And point to each PG or SG, AR, Dlo, Max, Jalen, Mays, which one? Who you sending your media hounds after to make this happen?
The best players are the types that majorly make others think twice about wanting to face them. Like prime Derrick Rose for example, or the great Larry Bird, guys that will embarrass you, demoralize you, and frankly, show you that they're able to beat you at your every best; night in, night out. Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant embodied that. Nobody ever scared of Lebron James.
I find it funny that his cult swear that going more times to the finals is somehow better than winning them..I thought that was the whole idea of being there..winning it all..but I guess this is the participation era..😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣..hail ribbons..hahahaha
