Just because LeBron had leverage in front office decisions does mean he had full control. LeBron did not create this god awful roster, the only thing HE HIMSELF added to this roster was Russell Westbrook not Kendrick Nunn, Lonnie Walker, Pat Bev and others Klutch Sports has nothing to do with the front office decision making in these terrible rosters it’s Jeanie Buss and Rob Pelinkas fault exactly why Magic Johnson left the lakers because they were INTERFERING WITH BASKETBALL OPERATIONS exactly why Jerry West left the lakers so stop blaming LeBron when we seen this happen in the past with Kobe, Magic, and Jerry West.

The simplicity of his scheme does work just look at 2020 and 2021 just look at his days in Miami worked like a charm. No NBA team can stop his scheme because of his High IQ and especially having Anthony Davis involved it makes his job a whole lot easier.
