As you mentioned, LEC is a proffessional league run by Riot Games in the European region. The 2 guys from LEC in this video are Drakos and Vedius who work as shoutcasters in LEC. Started doing music just for fun since it made for decent content for their league. Over time they made a lot of rap battles and pop/rock songs. I think they mentioned that since they do it more often they've started learning to sing for over half a year before this was recorded.

They usually do music videos before LEC season starts or before play-offs to hype them up they do mediocre rap battles, you should watch or react to KIA Motors x LECtronic: Dance with me feat. Sjokz or the mediocre rap battles, for league of legends analysts and/or shoutcasters they are pretty decent.

Drakos And Verius has really come a long way, and hands down Verius did a damn step up here, to match her. They make some fun and good stuff at times, but most their music is build around the LEC EU players and League Of Legends, can highly recommend trying to react to some of their own produced music.
