THank You. I am very much interested is meditation calming down neocortex, to this extend, that it can reduce TRN action. Training, by trying to be vigilant with no aversion to unpleasent, indifferent attitude to unpleasent sensations. Having great awareness of all imputs of sensations and no pain.
