Watching these MSG shows makes me realized how traumatized I was by mom saying 'no you can't go' 😳 then hearing kids in class all day singing Zep songs! 😂 I bet you can guess what ticket I bought with my 1st babysitting $. Stones & Who shows were after Zep. Damn I loved working after school but could only go if I got good grades. 😒 Almost gave up Cheerleading cause the grades were slipping a bit. 😂🐰

I have the bootleg for that Munich '73 show, it's in my top 5 of all my favorite concerts ever. Zep were ON FIRE that night, and all the other German shows in March of that year were as well...but March 17th in Munich took the cake that tour. I would've cut off my left arm to be there that evening, but I was only 4 years old at the time. We need time machines, damn it! Killer show. KILLER. 👍🔥🔥👍 What a great dad you have!

Break Out The Lead Here are just a few examples of Led Zeppelin's power and majesty to blow you away; Kashmir (the definitive Zeppelin song), The Immigrant Song, Since I've Been Loving You, The Gallows Pole, Ramble ON, Dancing Days, Going To California, How Many More Times, I Can't Quit You Baby, When The Levee Breaks, Thank You, Houses Of The Holy, Tangerine, The Rain Song, The Wanton Song, Moby Dick, Heartbreaker, The Ocean, Dazed and Confused, Black Dog, and last but not least, Whole Lotta Love! The band Led Zeppelin was hard to classify. Some labeled them hard rock, others called them metal while others labeled them a rock and roll blues band. In the end, they were a little bit of everything and a whole lot of unlike anybody else. No band has ever matched their sound in a genuine way. Led Zeppelin’s originality stemmed from the mesmerizing vocals of Robert Plant, the phrasings, riffs, and sound effects of Jimmy Page’s guitar work, the intensity and groove of John Bonham’s bass and snare, and the brilliant musicianship of the much underrated John Paul Jones. The merger of these four brilliant musicians resulted in a ten-year period of albums and tours that presented fans with the greatest rock and roll band of all time.

Led Zeppelin are truly amazing live and so sexy!! Robert Plant during his solo tour was amazing as well and just as sexy , like fine wine he ages so well! Had front row tickets to all 3 shows!! That is very true. I cannot even remember what the tickets cost for either my 75 or 77 concert. Had to get them by mail in 75. And, you could only get 4 per request. That's what I remember. Not the $$$. We did send in 4 requests for 16 tickets. Sold 12 to friends and don't remember the amount at all.

When i was a senior in high school, I saw Zep in Dallas in 1977 at the Dallas County Convention Center. Tickets back then were $10 each, upper level and stage directly in front of me. I still got my concert t-shirt that hangs in my closet like a shrine. Wife wants me to get ride of it because it no longer fits me, not even close. I now look back at what these current artist charge for tickets and shirts think, :How lucky i was to get to experience them back then."

While I have no complaints watching Jimmy -- I love to watch Jimmy - and the live performances are great, there is sometimes a lot of improvisation and therefore lengthy videos. What you should do is listen to the first album, all the way through with headphones. Led Zep was together only a matter of a few weeks before they made their first album, and they cut it on Jimmy's dime, very quickly. That's what makes it AMAZING. Oh -- and a couple of them were barely out of their teens. Jimmy gathered and came up with an alchemic gathering of four musicians, that when put together, made the most groundbreaking first album of all time.
