Lee First Impressions... More Just Frames EXCELLENT

They have been doing an amazing job with the stages

Lee looks badass and his moves are even more aethetically pleasing now. The animations, presets, the smoothness of the combos. Everything looks so good.

I find it funny how Tekken 4 was the big comeback of Kazuya...and Lee, cause ever since then Lee has been getting quite a lot of attention from the devs, having a character he created debut in T4, getting a pivotal role in T6, Tag 2 and T7 and now getting his own stage in the form his EXCELLENT mansion in T8, very nice, I'm glad Lee still gets to shine.

Lee's new slide only knocks down only on counter hit btw, on normal hit it's just +3 and forces the opponent to crouch

It's very subtle (especially in that scream 7:06), but I think the voice of the characters has been altered to eccho, since they are in a spacious, closed saloon. Nice detail 👍.

According to Arsenalty's breakdown of Lee, all just frame inputs turn into normal inputs during heat, which sounds just insane. You still get a small damage increase if you do hit the just frames still tho

FF3 on hit drops kazuya and smashes like 3 meters of tiles on the floor,thats my favorite detail here!

Slide knocks down only in CH, if not you're give a few frames of advantage. Also, if you do the slide far enough it will be safe at -9

Lee is my 3rd character besides Lars and Alisa. Love the blue spark shinanigans. Gotta make some experimental combos with him

That new kick b+3+4 is a high. Don't know about about the hitbox but I doubt it's a Steel Pedal type move. Very cool animations though. Mah boi looking slick af in this outfit 😎

They have been getting rid of all really fast launchers, it seems... Yoshimitsu's Flash doesn't launch on normal hit anymore and there are no more magic 4... Does it counter hit launch, anyone knows? I can't remember right now...

The stage is amazing. Its a shame they have the same contractors in the Tekken universe, someone falling over lifts up the tiles....

Had the same opinion when I saw the trailer lee outfit it was goddamn UGLY shit. So happy that Lee is still hard to play he was my favorite in tekken and thank god he’s wearing a nice suit on his alternates.
